How to Claim

After a market resolves, holders of winning tokens can redeem them through PMX. The process is fully automated:

  1. Wait for resolution — Market must be fully resolved by UMA
  2. Go to Portfolio — Your claimable earnings appear automatically
  3. Click Claim — Connect your wallet and initiate the claim
  4. Confirm transaction — Approve in your wallet
  5. Receive payout — Funds transfer to your wallet instantly
Instant Payouts
Once confirmed, your payout transfers immediately. No waiting period, no manual approval.

What You Need

  • Winning tokens — You must hold tokens for the winning outcome
  • Connected wallet — Same wallet that holds your tokens
  • SOL for fees — Small amount for Solana transaction fees

If You Won

Each token is redeemable at par value.

100 tokens = 100 x par value

If You Lost

Tokens have no redemption value.

100 tokens = 0 value

Settlement Guarantees

PMX settlement is enforced entirely by smart contracts:

  • Permissionless — No approval from PMX or any third party
  • No intermediaries — Direct redemption through the protocol
  • Guaranteed — Payouts are mathematically enforced by code
  • No deadline — Claim anytime after resolution; tokens don't expire

Troubleshooting

  • Market not resolved — Wait for UMA to finalize the outcome
  • Wrong wallet — Connect the wallet that holds your tokens
  • Insufficient SOL — Add SOL for transaction fees
  • Network congestion — Retry when Solana is less busy
